There is nothing worse than not receiving a good sleep. It results in being tired, and not being able to fulfill our days with maximum energy. Some of us do not receive a well-rested sleep due to sleep apnea. It is a condition in which someone stops breathing for 10 or more seconds in his or her sleep. Due to this, the body receives information to wake up and breath. This problem results in individuals not being able to receive a good sleep, which affects mood, health, stress, and energy.
Sleep apnea can lead to further problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, type two diabetes, weight gain, stroke, depression, or ADHD.
